How To Choose the Perfect Card
How To Choose the Perfect Card
Bonjour!
2023 is off to a great start here at Café Crèmerie. #TeamCC is crushing it lately, and we have a lot in store for you guys this year.
Let me introduce myself: I'm Bailey Crush, a member of our team & author of this blog #CrèmeDeLaCrèmerie. This blog will provide daily tips, inspiration, new products, upcoming events at our café, and much more! After all, we live #thesweetlife here at Café Crèmerie, so come join us! Let's dive right in.
Today we are discussing a topic that is rather old-fashioned in today's world: greeting cards.
It's no secret that the practice of sending/receiving thank you cards has transitioned from "mandatory" to "optional". Technology has made it easier and quicker to send and receive cards... no matter where you are. Digital cards are thoughtful, of course. However, the act of opening a physical card has something about it...almost like it holds a little bit of magic.
If you are anything like me, you often find yourself spending too much time in the card aisle at the store. Here are some tips to help you conquer this challenging feat in the future.
Tips on Choosing the Perfect Card:
Obstacle: Finding a card that fits the recipient's style.
Solution: Look for a card that is simple, clean, & elegant...and we have your back!
Café Crèmerie's greeting cards are perfect for any type of recipient. There have several styles for every type of occasion.

Obstacle: Finding a card that fits your budget.
Solution: Find a card anywhere within the $2 to $4 range.
Put this into perspective...After opening the note, the recipient appreciates the note (for about a second or 2)...and then what do they do? They (most likely) throw the card away. They also could stuff it in s drawer if the recipient is considered “sentimental” or if the occasion that preceded the note was important or significant. However, in most cases, it’s going straight in the trash can. Ugh, I know. Harsh. But true.
Darlings, time to think smarter, not harder.
That's all for today. Good luck card hunting!
Make sure to stop by the café tomorrow (and make sure to grab a few of our greeting cards! You’ll be glad you did. :)
Until next time... and cheers to #thesweetlife,
XO,
Bailey
